National Vinyl Products will not peel, rot, blister, rust, flake, corrode or be consumed by insects, incur abnormal discoloration, or abnormal weathering under normal use. In the unlikely event of an issue with your vinyl fence, NVP will, at its discretion, replace the product with a new product of the same or equivalent value at no charge. This warranty extends to you, the original purchaser, or transferee if you have sold your home.

 

Here are a few more things you should know:

 

  • You must register your fence within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for the warranty.

 

  • this warranty is transferable to one subsequent owner of such real property, provided that NVP receives a written request for transfer within thirty days of real property title transfer.

 

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by Acts of God, weather, incidental damage by humans or pets, heat damage from barbeque grills, fire pits, etc., and impact or other conditions beyond their control.

 

  • You will also void your warranty if you make any structural changes/alterations to your fence after installation.

 

  • Commercial properties (corporations, governmental agencies, religious organizations, schools, apartment buildings, etc.) qualify for a 30-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty.
